I was born and raised on the sunny beaches of Southern California where I played beach and indoor volleyball for Azusa Pacific University. After college, the PNW captured my heart and I fell in love with the rain and gorgeous forests of the evergreen state. But as wanderlust would have it, Colorado became my new home and I can’t wait to explore all this mountainous state has to offer. Along the way, I have had the pleasure of working for some amazing mentors in the physical therapy field, who have lit a fire and fed my passion for helping others achieve their goals in the rehab journey. I look forward to having the opportunity to be a part of your recovery journey!

Associate of Applied Science (AAS) as a Physical Therapist Assistant (2021), Bachelor of Science (BS) in Applied Exercise Science; Emphasis in Corrective Exercise from Azusa Pacific University (2015).

Women’s health/ pelvic health, Peripartum/ postpartum, general orthopedics, neurological disorders, chronic pain, post-trauma, and visual-vestibular/balance dysfunction.
