We are proud to announce a Wellness Program run by our very own Certified Strength and Conditioning coaches and backed with the knowledge of Doctors of Physical Therapy with a collective 40+ years of experience. This program offers a dynamic approach to fitness by creating a challenging workout for the daily warrior. Each session is lead from start to finish by a coach who will serve as the guide and motivation throughout 60-90 minute sessions. Our coaches design well-rounded programs to ensure health and longevity with your unique presentation and goals in mind.

Private Training
Private training is a service offered for individuals who want a program designed for a specific sport or activity. This program is designed based on specific biomechanics and physiological demands. This service does include a 3 day workout program to do independently.
- 5 sessions - 60 minutes, $72/session
- 10 sessions - 60 minutes, $68/session
Legacy Program
Simple effective programming for everyone. Our coaches will lead you through a foundational program that applies evidence-based movements to ensure health and longevity. Most common 3x weekly.
